Update: Opera has ‘no plans’ to bring Neon to Linux Its description says: Access Opera Labs through the toolbar menu to see featured user-facing But once enabled and restarted the browser, I dont see anything added on the toolbar or in the main menu or in the (right side) 'Easy Setup' menu.
